About us

Oxford Scientia was born when founders Scott and Arge crossed paths at an Oxford coworking space. Their discussions on data management and solving challenges in Geographical Information Systems sparked a shared curiosity.

Scott’s fascination with real estate began in 2010 after reading articles claiming to predict emerging property hotspots. Initially skeptical, he set out to prove them wrong but quickly saw the value in data-driven insights. This journey led him to explore exciting projects, like forecasting global steel demand over the next decade.

In 2023, Scott and Arge joined forces to establish Oxford Scientia, building a platform aimed at uncovering the true drivers behind property prices, empowering users to navigate the complex real estate landscape with confidence.
